1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and 18jl4.cam and its affiliated entities ("18jl4", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 18jl4 online gaming platform, including our website at 18jl4.cam and any related mobile applications, software, products, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the minimum legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted under applicable local, regional, and national laws;
• You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or another jurisdiction where our services are legally accessible;
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or be otherwise prohibited from gambling under applicable laws or regulations;

By registering for an account on 18jl4, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth herein. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents, utility bills, and other verification materials. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and cancellation of pending withdrawals.

2.2 Account Registration and Security

You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete throughout your use of the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login information to any third party and to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the 18jl4 Platform. Creation of multiple or duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to combine balances, void bets, confiscate winnings, and take any other action deemed necessary.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1 License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 18jl4 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform for commercial purposes;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Platform or any content therein;
• Use any automated system, including but not limited to robots, spiders, scrapers, or offline readers, to access the Platform;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other user accounts, or any computer systems or networks connected to the Platform.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the 18jl4 Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, regional, national, or international law or regulation;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to credit card fraud, payment fraud, identity theft, or money laundering;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage or engaging in any form of cheating, manipulation, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities;
• Using automated betting software, "bots", or other third-party tools designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without manual user input;
• Abusing promotional offers, bonuses, or loyalty programs through any means, including but not limited to bonus abuse, matched betting, or creation of multiple accounts;
• Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Engaging in conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Platform.

Violation of any provision in this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of account balances, voiding of bets, confiscation of winnings, and potential legal action.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

18jl4 accepts deposits through various payment methods available to users in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Security Bank), and other electronic payment services as indicated on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100) unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods or promotional offers.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, which may include conversion fees charged by your payment provider. 18jl4 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own charges.

You acknowledge that all funds deposited to your 18jl4 account represent genuine, legitimately obtained funds that are not derived from any illegal or prohibited source. We reserve the right to conduct due diligence and request source-of-funds documentation at our sole discretion.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your 18jl4 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• You must have successfully completed identity verification (KYC) procedures as required by 18jl4;
• Your account must be in good standing with no ongoing investigations or disputes;
• Any applicable wagering requirements or bonus terms must be fully satisfied prior to withdrawal;
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200) unless otherwise specified;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within three (3) minutes; bank transfers typically process within thirty (30) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours.

18jl4 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected. We further reserve the right to decline or reverse any withdrawal that we believe, in our sole discretion, is connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

18jl4 operates in strict compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) laws and regulations. As part of our AML/CTF obligations, we may require users to provide additional identification documents, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within specified timeframes may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal privileges, or account closure.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

18jl4 may offer various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives from time to time (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, the following general terms apply to all Promotions:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion multiple times;
• Colluding with other players to deliberately circumventing bonus wagering requirements through systematic low-risk play designed solely to meet wagering thresholds;
• Using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling;
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for Promotions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The 18jl4 Platform and all services, content, and materials available thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. 18jl4 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time or location;
• Any defects or errors will be corrected;
• The results of using the Platform will meet your requirements or expectations;
• Files or other content available through the Platform are free from viruses or other harmful components.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Platform is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from such activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 18jl4, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, service providers, or successors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, any content or services obtained through the Platform, or any other matter relating to the Platform, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the liability of 18jl4 shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In all cases, 18jl4's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 18jl4 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to such claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Player Complaints

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

18jl4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspicious betting patterns, failure to complete KYC verification, or at our sole discretion without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. We may, but are not obligated to, provide a reason for account suspension or termination.

In the event of account termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse), 18jl4 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real money funds and bonus funds, and to cancel any pending withdrawals. In the event of account termination without cause at our sole discretion, any verified account balance in good standing shall be returned to you through your registered payment method.

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within forty-eight (48) hours, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to you in accordance with our withdrawal procedures.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by 18jl4 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 13. Force Majeure

18jl4 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, war, terrorism, government actions, regulatory changes, power outages, internet service interruptions, telecommunication failures, or any other event constituting force majeure. In such circumstances, 18jl4's obligations under these Terms shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 18jl4 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.
